Yes, Lash Tint can be safe for many sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers when using salon-grade hypoallergenic dyes and proper technique. We perform a patch test if you have sensitivities and advise removing contacts during the service for comfort and safety.
When applied by trained technicians using professional products, Lash Tint does not weaken lashes. Repeated services spaced appropriately are safe; avoid excessive chemical treatments or rough rubbing. Maintain gentle cleansing and give lashes time to grow between appointments.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid oil-based products or waterproof mascara for 24 to 48 hours before your appointment. Skip lash serums or other tinting treatments for at least one week and bring contact lens cases if needed.
Many clients replace daily mascara with Lash Tint for a natural, mascara-like effect, eliminating smudging and daily application. If you crave extra length or volume, you may still use a light waterproof mascara occasionally for special occasions.
Avoid getting lashes wet for the first 24 hours to allow the dye to set. For best longevity avoid saunas, chlorinated pools, and oil-based cleansers for at least 48 hours and follow aftercare instructions provided by your technician.
