Gently exfoliate 48 hours prior, avoid moisturizers on the day, and arrive with clean, dry underarms. Maintain natural hair length of about 1/4 inch (roughly 6mm). Inform us of medications or sensitivities so we can adjust techniques for safety.

Appointments are typically spaced 4–6 weeks apart based on your hair growth and personal preference. We’ll recommend ideal timing after your first session to optimize results and reduce sensitivity. Flexible scheduling is available to fit your routine.

Waxing involves brief discomfort when hair is removed, but sensations vary. Our technicians use gentle warming wax, quick technique and calming aftercare to minimize pain. With repeat sessions, hair becomes finer and less painful over time.

Avoid deodorant, antiperspirant or strong products for 24 hours after waxing to prevent irritation and clogged pores. Use our soothing ointment or a gentle, fragrance-free product if needed. If you experience prolonged irritation, contact us for guidance.

Certain conditions like sunburn, open wounds, recent chemical peels, or active infections make waxing unsafe. Inform us about medications like retinoids or blood thinners, pregnancy, or skin conditions so we can recommend alternatives or delay treatment for your safety.

We require 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees. Since this is a prepaid bundle, missed appointments may be forfeited without timely notice. Contact us promptly; we’ll try to accommodate one make-up within the bundle when possible.
